By accessing or using the Hawks Club Hockey LLC website at https://hawksclubhockey.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Submit false or misleading information in event registrations
• Impersonate any person or entity

You may create an account using email/password or a third-party provider (Google, Facebook). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Registering for an event through the Site constitutes an agreement to participate under the rules and conditions set by Hawks Club Hockey LLC for that event. Registration fees, if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated for a specific event. We reserve the right to cancel or modify events and will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants.

By registering for an event, your player name, state, level of play, and position may be displayed in a public participant list for that event. You may opt out of this display during registration.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Hawks Club Hockey LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hawks Club Hockey LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in any event.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (e.g., Google, Facebook for sign-in). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
